My baby goes to school

Well my baby was off to preschool for the first time yesterday. I told clint on Monday that I was real worried about him going, he said oh don't worry about him he will be fine, I sat there a minute (you know trying to get a hold of my emotions) and then I said, well its not him I am worried about it is me, I an so used to just me and him being home. I did find some things to do to entertain my self, you know like laundry and more laundry. He gets out at 11:15 so it was not to bad. He went today and he went in and had breakfast with maycee, when clint and I picked him up I asked him about it and he said" I was eating my quesadilla and the fricking bell rang so I dumped it in the garage and whoom headed to my classroom", and I was waiting out in the parking lot to make sure he made it into his class and sure enough I seen a little white haired streak run in. I mean he talks like a little trucker I don't know where that comes from.

Camping

we went camping this past weekend up on cedar mtn. These are the tee pees that they added onto and built they had so much fun, it didn't matter is there was rain or shine they were out playing in it. It was nice to be able to sit by a camp fire and roast dogs and smores.

Oh yea and guess what I caught Emilee doing? Yes that's right reading the Twilight series, i guess getting under the blanket gives it more of that erie effect, oh wait I guess that was just because of the smoke, (sorry Em):)
Braysyn just enjoying himself after a smore or two.

Derrick had his 4 wheeler trailer there and he took all the kids on a ride, they had alot of fun. They also gathered wood in it and that kept them busy for awhile. Fun weekend i just wish I would have had more energy, oh don't get me wrong I had enough to read I mean sheesh what were you thinking.

Tired

I'm pretty sure you all are wondering where I have been, well maybe not but I will tell you what has been up anyway. As you all know I am getting farther along in the pregnancy and the emotions and hormones start raging, well I have just been so extremely tired and I just could not believe how wimpy I had become this time around, being 4 years older than I was with Braysyn I just was wondering how I was going to go on and make it until the end 0f October when I quit working. I went to my appt. 2 weeks ago for the glucose test and they called me back and said that I was fine in that aspect but that I was very anemic, whoosh I am glad I was not just being a big complaining baby about things, so he wanted to do more blood tests, I talked him out of it until my appt on the 19th so I am taking Iron pills and trying to slowly recover. Well okay that is not entirely the whole reason that I have been missing, I to have become caught up in the whole Twilight series, I was kind of forced to, everyone at work was reading them and so there was very little conversation going on so I jumped on the wagon. My only wish is that I can make it through them without someone spilling the beans, as I have had to get after a few people already, not pointing fingers or anything but someone that is on her second time around on the books and is closely related to me oh and her name starts with a K. So there you have the scoop on where i have been.

Wordless Wednesday

Off to school

well school has begun, I can hardly believe it. The kids were so excited they could hardly contain themselves. I took the day off last night so we could do something fun. The boys mostly played their DS's for about 6 hours straight, that is no joke in the same spot in the kitchen. We finally made them get off and I made some fudge and some cheerio treats, we then made breakfast for dinner since most of us know that I am not a breakfast person and therefore I usually don not make breakfast unless it is cold cereal, although Landyn had talked me into pancakes quite a lot this summer. Clint and I made frenchtoast and bacon and had our little talk about going to school with them and what their behavior needed to be like. We then played hide the thimble with them which they loved, and then it was bedtime. They were so excited to get up and head off I couldn't get them to eat much and they left for the bus stop at 7:00 instead of 7:15.
There they go, Maycee is in school all day this year and I yelled are you sure you will be okay and she looked back and said yes just don't worry about me.
I came back in and this is what Braysyn was doing, it's just me and him now. He starts preschool on the 2nd of sept and then it will be just me for awhile until the baby comes.

There they are again, I hope they had a good day.

Savannah's Balloons

Every year we go on the annual Brinkerhoff campout and we all write a message to Savannah and send off helium balloons. savannah was killed in a four wheeler accident on this same weekend and so it is in memory of her.
