Landyn's Little Hit

I mostly took this little video for Cadyn to see the boys at baseball. This is Landyn. I did it on my camera. I wanted to put some of the home runs on here but haven't figured out how to do that via my camcorder yet. So this is just simple but kind of cute. Hope you enjoy this . we played Kanab this game and won 17 to 4. It got really windy so you can hear the wind.
P.S. The streak that runs by when Landyn gets his hit, that #28 is Austyn headed for home plate!

Maycee's Graduation

Maycee had her graduation last night. They did some fun activities and had everyone come up and do the Chicken dance. Clint wouldn't go do it and I had to work. They didn't really have a graduation it was just more of a dinner. Maycee did get an award for the best sense of humor, I guess that is a good one, I can't imagine it though, she does not like to be laughed at or anything else.

Landyn's field trip

This is the field trip that I went on with Landyn. We left at 7:00 a.m. and went to Cove Fort. It was really cool I had never been there before. It was so cold that I onlyn took the one picture there, it's the one with me and landyn in it. It was raining on us and very cold, then it had to start snowing. I am so jinxed, whenever I go on these fieldm trips with the kids the weather can never cooperate. If you all do not know what cove fort is about, it was a fort that they made as a go between back in the late 1800's. President Hinkleys grandfather was called to mgo settle it he was living in coalville up by Park city and they asked him to move down there and do this. They have the original cabin that the Hinkleys lived in up in coalville down there now but it was only recently brought down. They had 11 children living in the small cabin, President Hinckleys father Bryant was one of them. Then we went over to Fremont Indian State park as it continued to snow harder, so the other pictures that you see are a cave that we walked up tp called 100 hands cave with all of these hand prints from Indians in it that is what Landyn is standing in front of, we hiked a mile round trip up to see this, In the snow. We went back to the museum and looked around in it and the other pictures I took out the bus window to show you a small taste of the weather. When we got home it took me about 3 hours to unthaw. And all this knowing that the next day I was going to have to go brave the elements again with Austyn on his trip, because if you think he was going to let me get awa with getting out of that one think again .

Returning

Well I have been absent from the blog world for quite some time now. I have been so busy (as I am sure we all have) with baseball games, tee ball, work, Field trips and track meets that I honestly have not had hardly a minute to sit down and do a few posts. And I have been so tired, we all know how tired you can get in that first trimester. That is coming to a close now and I am starting to feel a little better. The baseball season has not ended yet but I have a few posts coming on what I have been up to the last month. It is so much fun chasing the kids around at their events, there is nothing i would rather be doing than this. I have hired me someone to design my page for me since I don't have time and she does a wonderful job! (Thanks Cindy) anyway I promise to have more soon.

Graduation

I wanted to give My Brother Derrick some props. He graduated from SUU this past weekened with a Masters degree in Accounting. He has been working for a firm over in cedar for awhile. It was cool to go watch. I missed a baseball tournament that my boys were playing in in Panguitch but it was worth it. I was so proud of him and we all know how hard he has worked and how much he has sacrificed to get this degree. Now maybe he can spend some good time with his kids like he has been wanting to. We just need to find him a woman now to take care of him. Does anyone have any ideas?
