My oldest baby turned 11 today, I can hardly believe it. Landyn was due on the 23rd of October which was going to cut into the deer hunt. Clint got to hunt the first day and that night at about 3 a.m. I started having contractions. I woke Clint up and we called my mom. The contractions were about every 3 minutes, we loaded up and drove really fast over cedar mt. well Landyn was born 15 hours after I first started into labor at 3:15 the next afternoon, so much for speeding over huh. He has been such a joy to our family he excels in everything he does and it just comes natural, I wish I were that way. He is very responsible, he is our little cowboy. He loves horses more than anything, he loves to play sports, especially baseball, he loves to ride dirt bikes, and loves spending time with his Dad, grandpas, and his uncle Dallas who shares the same love of horses as lan does. here are just some of the cute little things Landyn had said over the years that have cracked me up I thought you might enjoy some of them.
- we were in church and they were passing the sacrament , the bread came and Landyn leaned over to clint and said "what comes next dad the meat?"
- Lan had on some old pants, i wanted him to go put some on that weren't old, he went and looked and came back. He said, "mom I can't find any young ones their all old."
- We were in Church again, lan leaned over and asked if it was fast Sunday, I said no, why, he said, oooh that means its slow Sunday so it's going to go slow.
